REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) For
ALAMEDA COUNTY WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD
“CAREER PATHWAYS PILOT PROJECT”

A request for proposals (RFP) for services designed under Title I, Chapter 4 of the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998 to provide youth educational and employment activities to eligible youth between the ages of 18-21 of Alameda County, excluding the city of Oakland, is being announced.

An estimated $250,000 will be available from WIA funds for youth services to participants residing in the service area. Service designation will be conferred for a two-year period, contingent upon availability of funds from the State of California commencing August 2005.
