SUBJECT: Clarification of Informational Bulletin 7 - WIA OJT/ITA Training Funds “Checkbook” Process dated May 11, 2002

It is the responsibility of each counselor to make sure that all their OJT/ITA’s are “Processed” and “Paid”. If OJT/ITA is not “Processed” or Paid” in a timely manner counselor shall contact the Oakland Private Industry Council (OPIC) for an explanation. If there is a problem the One-Stop Site Manager should contact their Program Liaison.
