Purpose of Bulletin:

This bulletin revises AB-#8 the Local Workforce Investment Board policy on Grievance and Complaint Procedures.

Policy:

See AB-#8 – Grievance & Complaint Procedures

Action:

This bulletin replaces Section 1, page 3, the client’s Notification of Civil Rights document under action bulletin AB-#8, Grievance and Complaint Procedures to include procedures for filing non-equal opportunity complaints against job training programs. Please disregard any previous forms used and replace them with the attachment provided. Please distribute and discuss with appropriate staff and any partner staff involved in WIA client services.
