ACCESS Career Center in Hayward Releases RFP for Crisis Counseling Services
Alameda County’s One-Stop ACCESS Career Center in Hayward is requesting proposals for the provision of crisis counseling services. Potential applicants may submit proposals to serve adults and dislocated workers at the One-Stop Center in Hayward. Up to $100,000 in Federal Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funds will be available for the one-year contract period starting July 1, 2001. You may also pick up the application materials at a workshop to be held at the Hayward ACCESS Career Center on Wednesday, April 11, 2001 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The meeting will be held in the Mountain Room at 22225 Foothill Boulevard, Hayward. Materials will be handed out at this meeting, but no technical assistance or information not already in the RFP will be provided. Attendance at the workshop is not mandatory.
The deadline for submission of applications is Thursday, April 26, 2001 at 5:00 PM. Applications received by mail or by hand after this time will not be accepted.
