SUBJ: Application Rosters by Center (Agency)
Roster period: July 1, 2000 - July 31, 2001


Purpose of Bulletin
To provide a roster, by One Stop Career Center, of the applications submitted for enrollment into the WIA Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker programs.

The roster lists the customer SSN, name, and application date. It also shows if the customer is enrolled or not, and into which grant.

The roster reflects all Management Information System (MIS) paperwork received from the One Stop Career Centers through August 20, 2001 for the period ending July 31, 2001.

Action
Review the attached roster for accuracy. In many cases the MIS department has received an application, but not an enrollment. If the customer is indeed enrolled into WIA funded activities please submit an enrollment/registration form (EWIR).

The EWIR should reflect enrollment into the appropriate service level (Core Staff-Assisted, Intensive or Training) activities, and should be submitted to the MIS Department on a Batch log.

Please refer to the WIA Client Forms Handbook, pages 36 to 48, for instructions on completing the enrollment/registration form.
