SUBJECT: Reported Agency Codes for the Staff Assisted Core B Pilot Project


PURPOSE OF THE BULLETIN

The purpose of this bulletin is to provide the Agency Codes to be used for reporting applications, enrollments, and exits for enrollees in the Staff Assisted Core B pilot project.

BACKGROUND

On June 12, 2003, the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) ratified the Executive Committee approval of funding for the Staff Assisted Core B pilot project and awarded all of the One Stop Career Centers funds to enroll customers beginning July 1, 2003.

In order to track the Core B pilot project customers separately from the formula funds enrollees the MIS department is assigning new Agency Codes to each of the One Stops.

ACTION

1. Use the new Agency Code for all applicants/enrollments into the Core B pilot project.
2. Ensure all staff members are advised of new Agency Codes for tracking purposes.
