  • East Bay Economic Development Alliance (East Bay EDA) - East Bay EDA is the economic development organization that serves the East Bay, providing assistance with site location, financing, regulatory coordination, workforce and a number of business climate issues.

  • California Career Zone - California Career Zone is a new way to explore exciting jobs and occupations that the Golden State has to offer and to learn about what career path interests you.
     
  • California Chamber of Commerce - The Chamber has helped thousands of California employers understand laws and regulatory issues and has advised employers on changes that occur each year.   • California WIA - The States Workforce Investment Board. All things State and National with many links, calendar of events, and complete listing of One-Stops throughout the U.S.
     
  • California Workforce Association - Represents WIB's and provides current information about WIA legislative matters, training, seminars & conferences.
     
  • California WorkNet - The States One-Stop with information about WIA, all One-Stop locations, links to all their web sites and more.
     
  • DOLETA - Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration information for Employers and Employees about the WARN Act and services available through Rapid Response.
     
  • Eligible Training Provider List - California's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) was established in compliance with the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) of 1998. The purpose of the ETPL is to provide customer-focused employment training for adults and dislocated workers. Training providers who are eligible to receive Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) through WIA Title I-B funds are listed on the ETPL.

    California's statewide list of qualified training providers offers a wide range of educational programs, including classroom, correspondence, Internet, broadcast, and apprenticeship programs.

  • Silicon Valley Economic Development Alliance (SVEDA) - The Silicon Valley Economic Development Alliance (SVEDA) is a cross-community effort to nurture Silicon Valley’s unique “habitat” for innovation. The Alliance is a regional partnership of economic development professionals bringing together public and private resources to ensure the success of business in Silicon Valley. SVEDA is committed to fast-tracking businesses’ needs, whether through local government policy and streamlined permitting processes, or linking businesses to other resources that add value and help companies grow.
